All fully paid confirmed orders start packaging and processing within 1 to 2 regular business days after payment confirmation, business days exclude weekends and all US federal public holidays. Any orders submitted on weekends or US national holidays enter processing queue starting from the next available working day, our daily order cutoff time is set at 3PM Eastern Time (Florida local time).

For delivery addresses within contiguous 48 lower United States, we provide three mainstream shipping solutions. Standard ground shipping normally arrives 3–7 business days after parcel departs our Ocala warehouse, all pre-tax domestic orders over $59 qualify for complimentary standard ground delivery while orders below $59 incur fixed flat ground shipping cost of $7.99 nationwide. Expedited priority shipping delivers goods within 1–3 business days with fixed flat delivery fee of $14.95 across continental US. Overnight express next-business-day delivery cost is auto-calculated at checkout based on recipient’s exact destination zip code.

Shipments destined for Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam and other US outlying territories generate extra remote location surcharges which are automatically calculated and displayed during checkout. Our primary domestic delivery partners are USPS, UPS Ground and FedEx Home Delivery.

We support global shipping to most countries around the world, final international delivery cost is calculated at checkout based on total cart value, package gross weight and destination nation. All destination-side import duties, customs clearance expenses and local brokerage charges fall entirely on receiving customers, CoachmanCooks shall not cover any cross-border customs related fees following international commerce norms. General international delivery transit period ranges from 7 to 25 business days subject to local customs clearance processing efficiency.
