Effective Date: Standard US retail return compliance policy for CoachmanCooks (coachmancooks.shop)

All eligible goods can apply for return or full refund within 30 calendar days counted from the date customers receive package confirmed by carrier delivery scan records. After return application is formally approved by our aftersales team, customers must ship returned items back to our Ocala warehouse within 7 business days. Return requests submitted exceeding the 30-day valid window will be rejected automatically except products damaged during transit or delivered with factory manufacturing defects.

Products qualify for free-of-charge return when damaged, factory defective, missing original accessories or wrong items delivered due to CoachmanCooks warehouse packing error; customers need to provide clear defect photos via returns@coachmancooks.shop within 3 days after receiving goods, we cover all round-trip shipping fees for these merchant-caused return orders. For customer-initiated voluntary returns due to personal change of mind, items must remain unused, intact with complete original factory packaging, product tags, manuals and matching accessories to maintain resalable new condition; goods with scratch, stain or incomplete packaging will be denied full refund, partial store credit may be offered under exclusive merchant discretion.

Specific product categories are excluded from standard return policy following US retail and hygiene regulations: all final-sale clearance items marked “All Sales Final” on product listing page; sealed personal hygiene merchandise once original factory seal is broken; personalized custom engraved or printed goods produced exclusively per customer specified requirements; digital downloadable products and site-issued electronic gift cards.

Once return inspection is passed after warehouse receipt, approved full refunds will be returned to original payment channel within 5–7 business days; actual fund arrival timeline relies on individual issuing bank’s internal processing cycle ranging from 3–10 banking days. Original outbound delivery cost paid at checkout cannot be refunded for customer voluntary returns while outbound freight will be fully reimbursed for merchant-error wrong/damaged shipments. Customers have an alternative option to accept store credit valid for 12 months on coachmancooks.shop instead of cash refund once return is verified.

For defective or wrong shipment returns, CoachmanCooks provides complimentary pre-paid US domestic return shipping label fully covered by our cost; customers taking voluntary returns bear all return delivery fees, we can supply discounted USPS/UPS return labels upon request with relevant cost directly deducted from final refund amount.

To initiate return procedure: submit application via returns@coachmancooks.shop or phone +1 3523877947 with valid order number and purchase registered email address; wait official approval notice within 1–3 business days then print return shipping label and drop off parcel at designated carrier pickup location; track return shipment with provided tracking number until warehouse receipt confirmation.

If returned merchandise fails post-arrival inspection and return application gets rejected, customers have two choices within 14 days of rejection notice: pay $28 return delivery fee for item reshipment back to original shipping address or authorize CoachmanCooks to legally discard the rejected product.
